Ahead of every event, our planning services will identify requirements based on crowd movement, crowd dynamics, and crowd behaviour. Safety legislation is paramount within the events industry, and every event will require its own contingency plan, which will all be supplied and documented by Centre Circle. We also compile and create the operations manuals, risk assessments, fire strategy and policies required to manage the event safely.

Collaboration is key and we will work first hand with all stakeholders involved in the event, such as event/festival organisers, local authorities, road and transport authorities, emergency services, VIPs such as performers, athletes or politicians and the local community.

Our on-site Safety Officer will advise throughout the planning of an event and continues to monitor all aspects whilst the event is open. They will report any issues to your event manager so that they can be swiftly dealt with and to ultimately ensure the safety and comfort of all those attending the event.
